How many days does it usually take to ship?
We usually ship within 1-5 days and deliver within 3-7 days. There will be some delay in delivery due to Covid-19.

Can I return an item?
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days from the date you receive the item to request a return. When will my refund arrive?
